If you’re overweight, losing weight has many health benefits. Making small, simple changes to what and how much you are eating and drinking can really help you lose the pounds.

8 week weight management programme run by our Health and Wellbeing Coach

Weekly 1 hour sessions in Carnforth or Milnthorpe

Eligibility criteria:

  • BMI 30+
  • Over 18 years old
  • Must not be pregnant or breast feeding
  • No uncontrolled medical conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure
  • Must not be already supported by a dietician or nutritionist
  • No current eating disorder
