Urgent face to face or telephone appointments are available to book Mon-Friday

Extended access appointments available to book Wednesday evenings 6.30 – 8pm and the first Saturday of the month, 9 – 2pm at our main site, Milnthorpe.

Routine appointments available to book up to a month in advance.

We kindly ask patients to complete a patient triage ahead of their appointment. Patient triage is filed directly into the electronic record allowing the clinician time to prepare for the appointment and to reduce waiting times.

Text Reminders/Cancelling an Appointment

Home Visits

Home visit requests are triaged by the GP mid-morning. If clinically appropriate this may be assigned to our Advanced Paramedic.
