Get fit for free

During this difficult time of social distancing, self isolation and in some cases staying at home for 12 weeks, we are encouraging our patients to exercise. It does wonders for our mental health and lets face it, there’s only so much television we can watch! NHS Choices have enlisted the help of top fitness experts to help you explore new ways and places to exercise for free.

If you can get out for your daily one hour exercise you could go running, walking or do your own boot camp.

If you are confined to staying at home you could try some fitness exercise videos.
